The prices refer to the rental of the apartment per week (from Saturday to Saturday).
They include use of water, electricity, gas *, Wi-Fi connection.
The swimming pool will remain open from mid-May until October.
Any pets are accepted upon request.
For rentals in periods beyond those indicated above, the price will be communicated on request.
Payment services:
Final cleaning: € 60 two-room apartment - € 80 three-room apartment
Pets: € 35 for extra cleaning
Visitor's tax: 1€ / Person / Day
* gas consumption for heating will be calculated separately according to market prices.
